What Causes A Red Bump On The Penile Shaft?
Question: I had asked earlier what these bumps could be and was waiting for s follow up. I found these after masturbating arounf the head of my penis. I did not use any special lube just saliva. Could thid be from to much masturbation or to long? It is red but doesnt hurt or no discomfort, just concerning.

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the Image.
I can see some dry, scaly bumps on glans some with an circular/ annular arrangement. This is not from masturbation Or from allergy.
This seems like lichen planus to me which is a form of eczema.
I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream Or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days.
In addition you may take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching, in case you have itching.
