What Causes A Red Bump On The Penis?

Question: Hi,
I have red bump on my penis that it's not painful but slightly itchy around the area.. I squeezed it and a little clear fluid comes out. I hope it's not herpes because I remember herpes being in cluster not a single bump, even though there's two more. I also have been itching all over my body before I received anything and my Last sexual Intercourse I used a condomn. Could it be eczema or dermatitis that reached my penis?
