That's a clear photo. Looks like an inflammatory or allergic rash,rather than a STD.
But you've haven't sent all the details i'd asked like, your age,how long it's been there and if you're on any other medication.Now add some more answers to :
do you've itching over the patch.
have you had sex with multiple partners ?
Is this the first time such a patch is seen ?

Kindly do the following the following tests and send the reports :
1. urine routine
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT,platelets,HbsAg,VDRL, and HIV.

Thanks im 44 and on no mwdicarion ... Inonly noticed it recently in the last week or so i has sex with my partner but did find it was quite dry ...it doesnt aopear anywhere else there is no itching
