What Causes A Red Pimple Like Bump On The Inner Thigh?
Question: I got a red pimple like bump on the inner thigh about an inch away from my testicles. It stings to touch and has popped. Since popping the bump is gone but it still stings slightly. There is no secondary bumps surrounding the area. I've also shaved the area since (clippers not razors) the pimple burst. I'm confident it isn't an std but would like a secondary opinion.

your description can match an abscess/ or ingrown hair through folliculitis. After popping the body mostly does the rest and it usually heals itself within 1-2 weeks. Indeed this is normally no std. However if swelling reoccurs there might be surgical incision necessary.
