Question: I noticed a "rash" on my right arm this morning. Feels a little like it's sunburnt. It's not raised or scaling, just red area looks like XXXXXXX blood vessels raised to skin making it redish.

Brief Answer:
inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
I have read your note and looked at the photo carefully. This is an area of skin inflammation. It may be that you brushed up against something or used some product that irritated your skin. Use some cool compresses on it and keep lotion on it and it should clear up within a few weeks.
If you develop a fever or it starts looking red and angry it could be getting infected so see a doctor right away if that happens.
If it spreads over your body then that would be also a sign of infection or allergy so again you would need to see a doctor in that situation.
Best wishes to you,
Dr. Robinson
