A medium sized red ring type spot has suddenly appeared above my clavicle, toward the neck. It has a red outer with a tiny pale area in the middle, and feels raised but soft. What could it be?
It's only on one side also.

I have reviewed this image fully. Alone, it is not suggestive of any specific disease conditions. I will simply recommend cleaning with Iodine daily and that is all. Healing would be spontaneous with no need of any specific medical intervention. Only seek further care if healing fails to set in within 5-7days.
