Brief Answer:
Can be ringworm infection or eczema, cancer very unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints it can be ringworm infection or eczema.
You have used clocip cream for only 4 days which is too less a time for this medicine to be fully effective.
Since you are having only skin involvement without any changes in the breast tissue so diagnosis of cancer is unlikely.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be eczematous reaction, not related to cancer
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be eczematous reaction.
It is not looking like anything related to cancer. Don't worry as it will improve in 2-3 weeks.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroids like mometasone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily for 2 weeks.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
