glaucoma left eye with effect of peripheral vision.
Detailed Answer:
It can be due to glaucoma. IOT and field tracing is to be done.Fundus examination with indirect ophthalmoscope is to be done to cover wider fields. Disc cupping and cup disc ratio is to be assessed. Holes and peripheral tear should be excluded. Exclude diabetes and hypertension.Refraction should be done and if error detected then it should be corrected.Cataract should be excluded. If glaucoma detected then it can be treated by medicine like diamox or drop like tenalol. There is also surgical option like trabeculectomy.
