My dentist took exray of gums. Now trying diluted listerine. I have no white spots on my tongue. I do have heart burn & acid reflux. Experienced diarrhea last night.
Am not having any other health problems at this time. Have been experiencing this problem for 7 months with no relief.
Can be multiple factors, needs further evaluations..

Hi..
Welcome back..
As per your answers it seems that the symptoms that you are experiencing are due to Acid reflux in which acid comes into mouth chronically causing recurrence of inflammation and burnt feeling..
Secondly you should also get evaluated for Vitamin B12 and Iron levels as the deficiencies can also cause similar symptoms..
As of now you can gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve soreness..
Start taking treatment for acid reflux like Proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole and antacids like Milk of Magnesia..
You can also suck ice pops..
Avoid spicy foods..
Drink plenty of cool water..
In case if any deficiencies will be diagnosed you will be given Nutritional supplements for the same..
Any further questions are welcome..
Hope this helps..
Regards.
