Question: Every few minutes every day a recur in bad smell in my nose.

There are anerobic organisms in our nose which may give rise to the foul smell. However, a foul smell raises concerns about 1. foreign body 2. Nasal polyp 3. Deviated nasal septum.
I would suggest you to visit an ENT doctor and to get yourself clinically evaluated.
Since we get accustomed to our own odor and do not feel it (rather feel it only occasionally), it is possible for that to be the reason of your feeling the odor once in a while.
