What Causes A Small Painless Soft Bump On Ear Concha?

Question: Hi, I have a small painless very soft bump on my ear concha. The flat part near my ear canal. I didn't notice it until I had some minor ear aching after waking up. I am not sure if this is a pimp or not. It's a bit red, but you can't really see it unless you feel it. Should I be concerned?
