What Causes A Small Pus Filled Bump On The Penile Shaft?

Question: I have a small bump on the base of the penile shaft. Little pus comes out when I squeeze and smells bad. I'm worried it's and std. What could it be?

I have read your question and i have understood it.

It is most likely a sebaceous cyst. Sebaceous cyst is a collection of cheesy, foul smelling material secreted by sebaceous glands lining the cyst wall.

Sebaceous cyst needs to surgically removed.

I'm still worried about std I have taken a picture of it. is there a way I can treat without seeing a dr. I tried neosporin it didn't work.

This does not seem like an STI. This seems like a sebaceous cyst and need to be removed surgically.

Hi. Thank you

It is clearly a cyst and definitely not an STD. It seems a little red and inflammed due possibly to a bacterial infection. I suggest you to take a course of an Oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin 500 mg, thrice daily Or Cephalexin 500 mg thrice daily, for a week. Continue with Neosporin ointment
