What Causes A Small Pus Filled Bump On The Penile Shaft?
Question: I have a small bump on the base of the penile shaft. Little pus comes out when I squeeze and smells bad. I'm worried it's and std. What could it be?

It is clearly a cyst and definitely not an STD. It seems a little red and inflammed due possibly to a bacterial infection. I suggest you to take a course of an Oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin 500 mg, thrice daily Or Cephalexin 500 mg thrice daily, for a week. Continue with Neosporin ointment
