What Causes A Small Round Indent On The Arm Just Above The Wrist?
Need more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcoe to HCM.
I have read your query and reviewed the pictures.
Although it's a bit to difficult to locate small round indentation in the pictures,it might be due to muscle atrophy or it could be muscle pain following indentation or depression in fore-arm muscle.
So,I would like to know if it hurts or is there any past history of infective lesions.
Also let me know that since how many you have noticed it.
Usually they is NO need to be concerned much as it is NOT indicative on any underlying abnormality which needs medical attention but it will be helpful if you will provide me some more information with some clear pictures marked that small round indentation with marker pen.
Awaiting your response.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing more information,
It could also an area of skin that has thinned out or depressed out following local infection which got resolved and left a thinned out tender area.
However, you did not answer my question that since how many days you have noticed it and was there any past history of infective lesion.
As I mentioned earlier,I don't think there is anything to be concerned much.
If it changes or enlarges or becomes more painful, then better to see your doctor for further clinical evaluation.
Also, local topical pain killer cream or gel may be helpful for symptomatic relief with hot fomentation.
