Brief Answer:
Suggestive of ringworm infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
After having gone through the history given in your query and the uploaded pictures I am of the opinion that you seem to be having 'ringworm' infection.
It can be treated effectively by applying antifungal creams containing Clotrimazole or Terbinafine on the affected area of the skin twice daily.
Hope to have answered your query however if you have any followup query I shall be glad to answer it.
