Question: Hi i went out for a few drinks with friends after work, I was feeling great and suddenly had pain below my sternum, felt really funny. Passed out briefly, came to and felt okay but nauseous then vomited. Now I felt feverish but temp is lower than normal. Girl I work with has had stomach flu

There are a couple of considerations regarding the sentence that you have reported. It is possible that you developed some inflammation at the base of your oesophagus or the upper part of your stomach.
