Brief Answer:
Some variation is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr. Sameer, Cardiologist.

Some variations in Blood pressure readings in different limbs are normal.

In upper limbs variation of 10mm Hg is normal & in lower limbs variation of 20mm Hg is normal.
If it is more than that, it needs further evaluation.

Feel free to ask further.
Thanks & take care
