Brief Answer:
Go to Laryngoscopy
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query; and suggest you that your child may go for the laryngoscopy to rule out the lesion in the vocal cord. This investigation is absolutely necessary for better management.
If necessary she also go for the stroboscopic examination.
For further management either send me the report result or consult with ENT specialist.
