As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is a condition of skin called Pre vitiligo.
It is characterised by light colored asymptomatic patch over any part of body.
It has gradually progressive course.
It may be noticed spontaneously.
Otheer differentials for such white colored patches are-
1) Polymorphic light eruption- it is characterised by itchy rash usually bilateral over sun exposed sites.
2) Leprosy- it is characterised by light or red colored patch with impaired sensation over the patch.
3) P.versicolor- it is characterised by hypopigmented or hyperpigmented patches with very fine scales.The rash is often distributed over upper back, chest, arms or face.
Treatment depends on the diagnosis.
