What Causes A White Patch On The Cheeks Of The Child?

Question: Hello Doctor,
My daughter is 2.7 years old. From Past 3 months she is having a white patch on her cheeks, near her lip. She has been suggested to apply only small amount at bedtime[PICON and EFFICORT cream together on the affected area]. I cannot see any results even after applying these for a month. Now she is having another white mark under her eyes also.
We took her to another dermatologist and he has suggested to take PICON and MELGAIN.
Please suggest what should i do?
