Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The white patch seem to be due to nutritional deficiency like calcium and iron.
Calcirol has too high dose to be given to a child. He should receive one-fourth of the XXXXXXX once a week. Alongwith he can be given Syrup dexorange 1 tbsp daily for 1 month.

It is better to do blood test for serum calcium, vitamin D and B12. Also hemoglobin levels to be done before giving him these supplements.

I also suggest cleaner drinking water from RO system to prevent any fungal skin infection.
