What Causes A White Patch On The Skin?

Sir i here by attached some photo. I applied this oinment and after applying i got this white patch. Is it white or pink in colour. I have burning sensation some time. When inapplied this oinment itbwas tok high and now its better. But i am more stressed bcs of this. Can it b a cancer. I aploed this ounment 4 to 5 days and now stopped from friday morning and now mild skin is pealing frim yesturday. U have already said u have worked in cancer hospital is it a symptom of cancer. Pls help me. Last photo i have attached is before applying the oinment there also mild patch is there. Can this oinment create this much discoloration. Birning and discomfort is there. Pls help me.

In the photos, there is change in the surface of the penis due to application of medication.
The colour of the area is pink.
There are small changes in the skin which is giving the appearance of a patch.
It will get back to normal and there is no need to worry for cancer.
Ointment can cause temporary discoloration due to healing process.
Please wash your genitals and make it dry twice daily before applying the medicine.

Sir i have stopped my medicine. Appjying only pure coconut oil from ystd. Can the steriod in the oinment cause discoloration. Can a cancer also make discoloration. Without any sore. If its a cancer what may b the stage. Burning sensation is there if i apply oinment. So stopped it from past 4 days

The ointment contains antifungal, antibiotic and steroids with some preservatives. These can cause burning sensation and a mild change in the skin during healing process.
Cancer is a different thing and there are lymph nodes in the groin and there is progressive discolouration of the penis.
You can try a different ointment called Candid B after discussing with your doctors if is you still have any itching in the area.

Cancers usually have a finger like growths or ulcer in the penis area and you do not have that.
Small pimples can be due to many causes.

I used detol to clean the penis some 15 days back and can it give birning sensation. What will the effect of using detol with water diluted. Pls reply asap .

I applied detol lastbthursday. Dr advised me to take Betadine but i took detol wrongly. Will this create burning sensation. How toncome out of it. If i dip in water or wash the gland i feel better and also when i move my fore skin and pee i feel burning sensation
