Brief Answer:
Looks like an ulcer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query..

Well a painful white patch on the tongue at the site on tongue where there is tooth extracted is appearing to be an ulcer.

It is caused due to injury to the tongue with extraction instrument during extraction..

Nothing to worry as it will be healed soon..

As of now you can apply Lidocaine gel on ulcer, but be precise to be apply only over the ulcer to relieve pain but avoid swallowing it although it is considered safe during pregnancy..
Along with it suck ice lollies and do cool water rinses take Paracetamol..

Please write back for more queries..

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Take Paracetamol also out of pain is disturbing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

You should take Paracetamol also only if very much needed..

You can take 500 mg twice a day but it after consulting your Gynaecologist.
You should avoid spicy and hard foods to prevent further irritation of the tongue..

Hope this helps..
