Question: my wife is on her 13th week of pregnancy, shall we have sex.

she is complaining about abdominal and back pain, whether it is normal during pregnancy.

It is quite common to have back and abdominal pain in pregnancy. It is due to the placental attachment in the uterus. Yes you can have intercouse during pregnancy . take care not to lie on stomach.
