Brief Answer:
Acid peptic disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

From the description you have given me it looks like you are suffering from acid peptic disease which has not been adequately treated. Here are my suggestions to you

1. The ideal antacid for you would be Tab Pantoprazole with domperidone taken twice daily before food for 7 days followed by once daily for a month
2. Avoid caffeine, smoking and alcohol
3. Avoid milk and milk products
4. Avoid bending exercises
5. Sleep with head end slightly elevated
6. Avoid spicy food, always remember to have breakfast
7. Eat on time every day. Do not skip meals.
8. Have smaller meals rather than 3 large meals.
9. Do not consume large quantities of fluids including water at one go

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

I wish you good health and a speedy recovery
Regards
