What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Fatigue And Diarrhea In A Diabetic?

usually starting around 4 a.m. and lasting until 10 a.m. that begins with a warning burp that has a familiar odor/taste (these incidents have occurred as frequently as 2 times/week to 1 time/3 months). No obvious connection to food or medication, no answers from GI specialist or family doctor, multiple testing (blood work, stool for parasites, scope down throat, ultrasound, x-ray, etc.).
Always had occasional (1-2 time/year) bout of hiccups that needed medication to stop
(Chlorpromazine), but bouts are now daily.
Vomiting/diarrhea one-day incidents have increased in frequency over last 3 years and stomach bloating/cramping/gas/fatigue has become daily over last 6 months.
Inflammatory bowel disease
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but the symptoms you are experiencing can be due to an inflammatory bowel disease. as it typically causes unintended weight loss, reduced apetite, diarrhea alternating with constiaption , abdominal pain and cramping and fatigue . this should be diagnosed with a colonoscopy . and should be treated with anti inflammatory such as sulfasalazine and corticosteroids as solupred 50 mg once daily.in severe cases an immunosuppressant may be needed as imuran.
in the mean while you need a symptomatic treatment for the symptoms you are experiencing as Imoduim for diarrhea , metoclopramide as primperane for vomiting and an antispasmodic as visceralgine for cramping . I hope I answered your question.
