What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Constipation?
Spasmodic pain!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concern.
The pain you are having is spasmodic pain.It can be due to mild constipation.Red streaks on stools can be due to rupture of rectal mucosa while straining for stools. When you strain for passing stools,Rectal muscles contract this pushes blood into small rectal vessels. These vessels sometimes can't cope up with high pressure and get ruptured leading to mild oozing of blood.
Initially i would suggest you to go fir stool test(Routine and microscopy) to see if its blood or not.
Please mention your bowel habits!?
Do you ever feel constipated?
Do you need to strain while defecating?
Do you ever have acid peptic problem?
Any history of recent gastric infection?
waiting for answers.
Regards!

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Spasmodic pain can be due to gastritis. I would suggest you take an antacid and proton pump
inhibitor like Rabeprazole for few days along with antispasmodic like Dicyclomine.
Go for a stool test to see of red streaks were blood or not.
In case if its positive for blood then upper GI endoscopy could be planned to see if there are any ulcers there.
Regards.
