What Causes Abdominal Discomfort Post A Colonoscopy?

Need a further evaluation to rule out any blockage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for asking HealthCareMagic.
I have gone through your question and I understand your concern.
My advice is as below.
You need to be checked again by your treating doctor , fatigue, uncomfortable stomach could be sign of a blockage . Food may be stucked in your stomach because can not get out through the stoma ( the open part of your tummy .)to the colonostomy bag.
In this case you will have little or no material from the bowel movement in your colonostomy bag.
So to rule out this possible complication you need to be seen by your surgeon as soon as you can.
The feeling you need to pee could be of the pressure that your enlarged prostate puts in the urinary tract.
Meanwhile avoid solid food , drink planty of water, massage your tummy and area around the stoma .These will help to empty your bowels .
Take hot baths for 15 min.
Wish you good health.

still, need to rule out possible infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for your information.
It's not normal to feel like that.
Being hot and tired could be the sign of infection (if not from a blockage, something else is causing it) sometimes these type of intervention may cause this.
Since I can not examine you, I want to make sure that you don't have any complications, so I still suggest you be seen by a local physician. The doctor will examine your colostomy bag, the stoma, measure your temperature, do some blood test, examine your kidneys, examine your prostate.
According to the examinations, s/he will decide if you need an antibiotic therapy.
Take Care!
