What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Bloating And Muscle Pain?

Question: Hello Doctor,
Two days back I suffered with indigestion and diarrhea. Took one portion of Sporolac DS medicine. After that I vomited for 4 times and it stopped. I suffered with severe muscle pains the day after. Took one more portion of Sporolac DS(as I felt passing loose motion) From that day, I am suffering with severe abdomen pain (below the breast bone - to be precise). The pain still persisting along with bloating. Other Symptoms: Yawning, heavy tiredness (not able to do regular activities), back pain, muscle pain, poor sleeping at night because of the pain.
Can you please tell me what could be the problem? I haven't eaten food from outside. Its the same regular food which I usually make.
Thank you,

Thanks for the response Dr.
I would like to add second note to it.
This usually happens for me for atleast an year. The first two times I got admitted to hospital for severe diarrhea in order to get salines injected. then I figured out to take Sporolac DS when I feel like passing loose motion associated with abdomenal pain. They did endoscopy and everything is normal till date.
I am worried whether something bad is happening inside. I usually suffer with gastric trouble.

Detail Follows.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
If you are having such recurrent episodes then I would advise you to avoid eating outside and drinking boiled water only.
If Infection is not the reason then Irritable Bowel Syndrome is most likely.
Once you are out of this acute episode pay attention on your dietary habits. Avoid spicy and outside food.
If this problem occurs once or twice in two years this can be simply an Acute episode of Acute Gastroenteritis.
If this happens very frequently then Irritable Bowel Syndrome would be kept as diagnosis.
If you have any further query please ask me.
