Worth trying.no danger especially with a clear colonoscopy
Detailed Answer:
hi and thanks for the query
I understand it can be hard for you to get off a drug you have used through out your life. however, being on the drug does not mean that you can't do without or that other measures, may be new ones cannot be effective.
it's good news that the colonoscopy was fine. your doctor might want to try maybe some natural or other alternatives. it is not rare that even if your system has been on the per diem for a long time, with the transit already regularized by it , other options can be worth trying . water, fruits, exercise and at times some anxiolytics in case depression or some psychological condition Is found can be helpful.
leaving per diem is not dangerous on its own. with monitoring of your digestive tract behaviour, it might be a good idea to try to leave per diem to test other therapeutic options, especially now that your colonoscopy results are reassuring.
thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
