The only history of abdominal pain was when l had my gall bladder remover voer 20 years ago. It does not radiate but is in a very particular are either side of my back bone and can be very bad if l cough etc. No nausea vomiting etc. I have had both constipation at diarrhea on the odd occasion but not to the point where it is a part of my life. The only medication l take is Panadol Forte for arthritis pain and l have taken them for many years but only when needed. I tend to have low blood pressure normally around 70/100 and no diabetes. No burning pain urinating and no radiating pain. Thank you.

Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. Bloating can be due to multiple causes and most common includes indigestion.. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:

- Drotaverine thrice a day for 4 days.
- take small frequent meals.
- take 30-45 mins walk/exercise daily in the evening. It will make you fresh, healthy and is good for digestion.
- Don't lie down immediately after taking meal
- raise head end of your bed slightly(by an inch)
- Eat a diet rich in fiber, especially from fruits and vegetables
- drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water daily

> AVOID:
fatty & oily food.
spices
heavy meals at night
carbonated & caffeine drinks
chocolates

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Thank you. But seems you are determined to believe that l do not suffer from indigestion. l do know what it's like l did suffer from it some years ago. You also seem to want to ignore the dark urine and kidney pain. Eight to 10 glasses of water a day can actually be harmful especially when your kidneys seem to be in trouble. l walk probably close to 5ks a day and your suggesting MORE. Don't think so l already do more than 90% of most people my age and l do it because of arthritis and trying to keep my joints subtle as possible and of course being on a farm as l stated makes this an everyday thing. l think you just googled this and really took no care of what l have said and just rehashed it over.

Hello

I'm sorry that i was not able to convey properly. We do not google because in that case there is no difference between a doctor & ordinary person. We guide you on the medical & personal experience basis. I'll discuss your concerns separately for your convenience:

1. About water intake:

8-10 glasses of water are absolutely NOT harmful if your kidneys are working fine and you are not suffering from illness like Chronic Liver disease. One of the very important cause of dark urine & flank(kidney area) pain is dehydration. If person drinks water less than the required quantity then kidney conserves extra water which manifests as dark(concentrated) urine & flank pain. If pain does not improves with these measures then once visit hospital and get ultrasound KUB to check the status of kidneys & urinary bladder.

2. Regarding walk:
I personally suggest all my patients to have evening walk so that ones mind remains fresh & healthy. I advised you same. If you already are doing physical activity then you can continue that and no need to workout extra.

-> Once again please accept my apology for not making you understand properly. We here at HCM always try our best to guide patients what is best for them. Feel free to get back if you still have any doubts. I'll be happy to assist you further.
Thank You
