Brief Answer:
Sex and bladder pain are unrelated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, I can understand your concern.

The bladder pain has no relation to sex.
If the pain's recurring, you're advised to get an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis.
Get your urine routine and culture tested.
You may send the reports here for an expert opinion.
Drink 8-10glasses fluids daily.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
only uti needs to be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxx,

UTI can cause lower abdominal dull ache.

Bladder cancer is not to be considered at all.
Why are you thinking of the worst possibilities ?

Drink about 8-10 glasses daily.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Urine culture is only accurate test for UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxx,

The only accurate test for UTI,is urine culture.
Urine routine gives only an idea of possibility of an UTI.

UTI being the commonest cause, rule that out first.
The scan will give information about other uncommon causes.
You don't need to worry about them.

Send the reports here for an expert opinion.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Send the reports for an expert opinion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxx,

Your urine culture and scan reports, are not available yet.

Droitin DS is a pain killer. All pain killers,do cause changes in kidney.
So, it's best to take it only if there's pain.
Otherwise avoid it.

Hope your sexual health is improved now.
Wish you well.
