The pain is at the bottom of the sternum to be more specific. He has several bowel movements per day which are normal.

Brief Answer:
Your son should get a stool routine microscopy test for parasites and abdominal ultrasound.
Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you for writing back,
You should know that intestinal parasite could cause abdominal pain and skin irritations or unexplained rashes (as your son has).
Based on the above-mentioned symptoms, I'm emphasizing again that your son should do an abdominal ultrasound and a stool routine microscopy test to find the exact diagnosis for starting the prompt treatment if needed.
