Brief Answer:
Hydrocephalus.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Apparently, you are talking about hydrocephalus.Normally, a shunting procedure is done for it in which a shunt is inserted inside the brain and directed to abdominal cavity so that excess fluid from the brain keeps getting drained through the shunt in to the abdomen.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions on this,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
