Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Urethral discharge with candidal infection is unusual. But it can flare up following a course of antibiotics.
The outcome of Culture test for chlamydia might have the possibility of got interfered by the antibiotics taken for your teeth problem.
Even otherwise Culture test for chlamydia would not yield a 100% positive results in the presence of an infection. Try with PCR test for Chlamydia infection.
There is a possibility of prostatitis due to Chlamydia which had not been cleared with the previous treatment is another possibility for the discharge.
Prostatic massage and investigations on prostatic fluid are useful investigations and treatment modalities along with appropriate antibiotics in the adequate dose for adequate duration.

Unlikely to be due to Chlamydia
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
If both culture and sensitivity test and PCR were negative, then it is unlikely to be due to Chlamydia. Look for pus cells in the urine deposit. If there is nothing, you need not worry about the same and no treatment is necessary.
Ignore, you will be alright soon.
