Brief Answer:
NeedSorry hysterectomy

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam thanks for trusting health care magic.
After seeing the attached report, she needs total hysterectomy with removal of the ovaries because
- report shows disordered proliferation of endometrial glands which have high risk of developing malignancy in future
- at 47 years of age abnormal uterine bleeding for months together is a warning sign.
So in my opinion follow the advice of your doctor and get the surgery done as soon as possible.
Laparoscopic hysterectomy in the hands of an experienced surgeon is safe and complications are general complications related to hysterectomy per se -
- lower abdominal pain and stretched feeling which will subside in 2-3 months
- slight blood stained vaginal discharge for about 15-20 days.
- hot flushes and feeling of tiredness which can eventually subside by itself or persist, in case it persists then she might need hormone replacement therapy for some months.

Wish her the best of health. Take care.
