Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your reply
As per your reply is concerned you have nothing to be worried at all .So as you have only aching you may do few things at home which may reduce your symptoms and signs.
1)Talk with your physio to make an exercise plan to strengthening the muscles in the affected area to ease pain and prevent recurrence .
2)Use an assistive device while walking to help relieve pressure on affected joints.
3)Bend your knees when you lift .Failing to do so puts extra stress on the bursae in your hips.
4)Carrying heavy loads puts stress on the bursae in your shoulders .Use a tolly or wheeled cart instead.
5)Alternate repetitive tasks with rest or other activities
6)Try not to sit in one position too long especially on hard surfaces , because that puts pressure on the bursae in your hips and buttocks.
7)Try to maintain a good weight
8)Before and after any strenuous activities to protect your joints from injury do warming up and stretching exercise.
9)Take one multivitamin capsules every day at bed time.
10)Next time when you visit your doctor do a blood differential count .
Hope that helps
Wish you a good health
