Brief Answer:
Gastritis/GERD

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking on HCM.
You are reporting to have acidity, hurting and nausea,
Your symptoms seems to be related with :
- gastritis/stomach ulcer
- GERD( acid reflux)
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend to do;
- upper endoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound
Meantime I would suggest to :
- eat often and small amount of meal
- avoid fatty, spicy and chilly foods
- use two pillows when you lay down
- avoid unnecessary stress
- increase physical activity
- use PPI's drugs like Prilosec OTC
- use antacids like Gaviscon
Hope it was helpful to you!
