Question: I am getting acidity whenever i am eating any spicy food.any solution please?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Gastric duscomfort with spicy foods favour gastritis or acid reflux. You need to modify diet and lifestyle. Reduce spices preferably avoid it. Eat small frequent meals and avoid dairy products, processed canned foods, alcohol, beer , beverages , soda , smoking , binge eating etc. Take pepto and nexium , delay lying down after meal for at least 2 hours, keep head side of the bed elevated at least 8 inches.
If the issue persists visit a doctor for further management.
