Brief Answer:
The acidity related stomach upset is due to the medicine.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr. XXXXXXX
Good morning!
I appreciate your concern for the safety of the prescribed medications.

One of the prescribed medications i.e. Ecosprin is known to cause acidity related stomach upset of acid reflux disease (as experienced by you).

This can be overcome by taking a proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole one hour before the breakfast (as it helps in suppressing the stomach acid production).

I have also gone through the uploaded results of the lab tests and I found the serum creatinine level to be slightly high. Hence, I would advise you to kindly consult your treating doctor for further evaluation.

Hope I could answer your query.

Wishing you best of your health.
