What Causes Acidity, Back Pain And Stomach Tightness After Inserting Her NMP Vaginally?

Question: Hi I amplanning for pregnancy my gynac has asked me to insert hernmp 200 vaginally from 14-23rd day today is the last day of taking hernmp 200.since last 4-5 days I am Facing severe acidity ,back pain and stomach tightness etc. Is that Iam pregnant or this is because of side effect of medicine please clarify. In past 6-7 months i had 2 miscarriage so I am worried?
