Question: hi,
I am 25 years male. I am getting acne, blackheads everytime after masturbation.Now my face has filled with many open pores. can you please help on this.

Management of acne and open pores

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and can appreciate open pores as well as comedones.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily and apply adapelene 0.1 percent gel on the conedones and open pores at night.
Also use a broad spectrum sunscreen gel on the entire face during the day time.
Besides this Salicylic acid chemical peels will help in treating your open pores to a greater extent.
You need to consult a dermatologist for it.
6-7 sittings will be required every 2 weeks.
