Brief Answer:
No need for any treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
Your son seems to have developed acneiform lesions over the face.
Such pimple like lesions are quite common in babies in the initial few weeks . These develop due to the mothers hormones in the babies body.
As the baby grows, the lesions tend to settle by themselves.
These are not infected lesions ,so you can leave them as such and wait for them to clear by themselves.
Since a babies skin is very thin and delicate ,it is best to avoid any medicines.
In case the lesions increase too much, you can apply clindamycin gel over the affected areas twice daily .

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Do not recommend application

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Although breast milk application helps in some cases ,but it has varying effects .
It also tends to increase acne in certain babies .
So I do not usually advise its application to my patients .
