Brief Answer:
Most likely BPPV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. This is most likely to be BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo).

2. To diagnose this, she will require a visit to a doctor.

3. At her age, an ER visit is advised as other neurological signs can be directly observed and any stroke can be ruled out.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
