What Causes Acute Lower Back Pain In The Morning?
Question: HI, I am facing acute low back bone pain in the morning that makes it impossible for me to move freely. But with 10 min of waking it fades completely as if nothing happened.
Brief Answer:
Early morning spasm of lower back muscles
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If the back pain gets better with activity it means that the rest or non movement is restricting the lower muscles to move. It can result in sustained compression, pinching, and oxygen starvation of tissues. There are knots in the muscles which fail to stretch immediately as you get up from bed. myofascial trigger points are a factor in most of the world’s aches and pains.
It is better to test for Ankylosing spondylitis, Vit D deficiency, Sacroilitis with Xray of the lumbar spine after visiting a local Orthopedic surgeon.
Massaging or hot baths help relieve the trigger points.
