
What Causes Acute Pain Around Shoulder Blade And Severe Fatigue?

Question: I have been having an acute pain in my back left shoulder for 2 days and it runs from the base of my neck down to the bottom of my shoulder blade. Extremely tired as well and tonight my fingers were cramping up and freezing in place all facing in weird directions. I do smoke too
