Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, Greetings from HCM . Yes traces of albumin and few pus cells are normal , if you do not have any symptoms like pain in the loin or burning micturition , no need to worry. Please check microalbuminuria , HBA1C , lipid profile and it must be done every 6 months . Later we will decide if the dose is sufficient or need to add different drugs or increase the dose. If the sugar levels are not in control it might lead to complication over a period of time , XXXXXXX diabetic retinopathy, neuropathy and neuropathy , nephropathy is very common among them . Please remember that lifestyle changes are the key for the management of diabetes. Devide your meal in to 3 to 4 small parts, with snacks in between . Avoid fast, fried, oily, or processed food. Take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Oats, millets , and protein rich food. Avoid too much of carbohydrates. Exercises is very important. At least walk for an hour a day. Practice yoga, meditation to avoid stress . Thanks and do contact us for any clarification. Wish you good health .
