What Causes Allergic Skin Reaction?
Question: Getting small humps on the skin like an allergic reaction. This appears all over the body for a short while & then diappears. There is slight itching which is increasing now.This problem is existing since last two months.

It appears by the description you are having urticaria and photo suggests dermographism.
These are allergic responses due to many unknown causes or without etiology many times like:
Drugs,Foods,physical factors, any septic focus or infection in body like dental or parasite, fungal,UTI,food additives, emotional stress, temperature etc.
Many treat with antihistamines like hydroxyzine in night and cetrizine /loratidine in morning.
You can take deworming agent if susceptible to them.
Look for any disease or infection and get it treated completely, this may subside.
Maintain drug/food dairy consumed 6 to 10 hours prior rash.
Avoid food aditives and offending food
Avoidance of any allergens (drug if any)if found to be causing it is best.
Avoid scratching as it exacerbates urticaria.
Detecting allergens by patch test etc is an alternative but may be helpful if food allergies.
So consult your dermatologist for work up if required at least complete hemogram.
It may persist for long as chronic urticaria.
