What Causes Altered Sense Of Smell And Taste Along With Headaches And Dizziness?

Question: why do I have this funny taste and smell? It turns on and off. my sinuses arent clogged but they do feel a bit congested. Although there is no mucus.
I have also been experiencing some headaches (sometimes on temples a bit of pressure, sometimes random areas around scalp) and dizziness (no nausea) and pounding heartbeat. Sometimes i have a hot breath too but no fever
Also i have shortness of breath sometimes as well

Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Can you please state for how long you have been experiencing these symptoms? Do you also have any known allergies? Are there any recent changes in your routine daily products or environment? These answers would help me further address this problem as it might be related to allergies or anxiety. Are you taking any other drugs besides paracetamol?
I hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience for more insights and guidance from me. Until then, I wish you well.

The smell and taste are fairly recent as well as the congested sinuses, however the dizziness has been around for a Little less than a week. Headaches and hot breath have been on and off at random times of the day for 3-4 days. Pounding heartbeat and shortness of breath came around yesterday (11/15).
As far as i know i do not have any allergies. Although my father does get them whenever springtime comes.
I never even thought of anxiety though. I do worry sometimes, but that has never been a thought that went to my head. For the past couple of days too though i have had a lot of worries going through my mind. And maybe this is connected too but Ive tried planning 8hrs of sleep but somehow, i always wake up after 5hr or so.
Thanks again for the fast reply

Brief Answer:
I gwillsuggest you relax and monitor only now. Add benadryl for sleep, too!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will suggest you get more relaxed at this time. Let’s observe these symptoms a little longer to understand exactly what they may represent for appropriate diagnosis and management. Regular exercise, good diet and increased fruits and fluids intake could be helpful and healthy at this time.
For now, add benadryl. This can help is there if an underlying allergy and aid with the sleep as well. I will recommend 25mg at bedtime to be further reviewed and adjusted accordingly with time.
Keep me posted. Wish you well.
