Brief Answer:
Have a retinal examination done.
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
There is a possibility of right eye, power being more, had some retinal changes which lead to difference in clarity.Still did you notice that without glasses your vision in right eye is better for reading yhan with glasses?
You can have a retinal examination to check if there are no changes. If everything is fine then multivitamins and anti oxidants can be used for few months.
Do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.

Thanks for the reply!
My right vision remains the same, even if I wear the glasses.
I can still see halo surrounding the objects, but it disappears when I see through a pin-hole/small hole. But anyway, as suggested I go for the retinal examination, and upload the reports.
If there is any defect in retina, is there any chance of improving the vision?
I underwent LASIK for the LEFT eye in 2016, and it is absolutely fine.
Is the halo vision in right eye due to LASIK complications? (Date of surgery:2003 LVPEI). If yes, can It be corrected by LASIK enhancement?

Brief Answer:
Retinal examination needed.
Detailed Answer:
My Dear,
Thanks for getting back to me.
As it appears you have had a very good surgery.Quantitatively you have excellent vision,6/6.A pin hole always gives you best vision as it utilizes the mean undercoated ray in a ray diagram if you remember basic physics.
There is a very small difference due to high preoperative power,zo a retinal examination is welcome. In the meanwhile have multivitamins and anti oxidants will do you good.
