If I stop my car I will become normal. And i never took that as an issue..last week I had a mild head ache due to stress(still I have it-very mild), At the same time I got the slow moving feel while driving then I started reading about this slow moving episode in some forum and started getting every time I drive(just this week)..I checked my vision and it was good I went to my primary physician she said there is an inflamation in my right ears and gave medication for it... I started that today.. All my blood works are good... I feel like passing out but never did. My BP wa 127/85 ...

Brief Answer:
cerebellar lesion
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible viral cerebellar lesion.
in this the virus affects the cerebellar area.
The cerebellar areas that are primarily the seat of balance become abnormal.
Your antibiotics should help you.
I would however also suggest an Mri of the brain just to be safe.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
thanks for your response. The
the ear infection may be related.
It may be a source if infection.
so it should be treated.

It is better to take it seriously.

Hello Dr
As per you advice I took an MRI.. I am pasting the report here
EXAM TYPE: MRI of the Brain Without Contrast
CLINICAL INDICATION: Headaches.
TECHNIQUE: Multi-planar, multi-weighted sequences were obtained.
FINDINGS: The examination is compromised by patient motion.
The FLAIR weighted sequence is limited due to patient motion artifact.
Grossly, there is no intracranial hemorrhage. There is no mass effect or midline shift. The ventricles are of normal in size. There is no hydrocephalus. There are no extraaxial fluid collections identified.
The craniocervical junction is unremarkable. The corpus callosum is unremarkable.
There is no evidence of stroke or demyelinating process. There is no intracranial mass identified.
There is no Chiari I malformation.
Visualized paranasal sinuses are clear. Mastoid air cells are clear. There is a normal appearance of Meckel’s cave bilaterally. There is normal intracranial carotid and basilar flow voids demonstrated.

is cerebellar lesion can be seen in MRI?
Brief Answer:
read the report
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the response.
I have read your report.
Structural Cerebellar lesion is seen on mri.
Cerebellitis due to viral infection may sometimes not be seen on mri.
This in a way adds to the fact that it may be viral infection of the cerebellum.
I would have liked to examine you.
Since thats obviously not possible, I asked you to visit a neurologist also who could examine you.
What were their comments on examination?
Please do let me know so we can help you further.
